Yes — always. Free, in-person inspection, photo report, and written estimate. No charge whether you hire us or not, and no high-pressure follow-ups. If your roof is fine, we'll tell you so and check back in five years.

For storm, hail, and wind damage on a roof less than ~20 years old, almost always yes. We do this every week. We'll inspect for storm damage, document everything with photos, file the claim with your carrier, and meet your adjuster on-site to make sure nothing gets missed. Most homeowners pay only their deductible.

One day for most homes — tear-off in the morning, deck inspection and prep midday, new shingles installed by evening. Larger or steeper homes can run two days. We protect your landscaping with tarps, magnetic-sweep your driveway and yard for nails before we leave, and haul away every scrap of the old roof.

Two reasons. First, we know South Carolina — pollen season, summer heat cycles, the storms that roll through every spring. We build for those conditions, not a generic national spec. Second, we live here. If anything ever goes wrong with your roof, you can drive to our office. We can't hide behind a 1-800 number, and we don't want to.
